Question about Baby Gear
We bought a Powertwin Dual Traveller second hand and the back brake dosen't hold so we can't use it. I'm not sure if the back brake bar is bent and we haven't got the instruction manual to see what it's supposed to look like. Any advice?
This does sound like in the past the back break bar (connected to the rear wheels) has had too much pressure applied to it. The break bar itself should have a gentle bend to it, but I stress a gentle bend.
I would suggest that you contact www.johnstonprams.co.uk to get some information on getting this repaired as the bar will have to be drilled off, straightened and re-revitted back on by the sounds of it. Dont panic too much as this is not hugely expensive and will be well worth the hassle.
I hope this helps.
