You have to strip it down, remove motherboard, desolder old DC socket and solder new DC socket in.
If you never done soldering, then i not recommend to do it by yourself, otherwise go ahead - it's not very hard.
Unfortunately i can't find any instructions how to strip it down, but you can get replacement DC socket here
