Question about Ricoh Aficio SP-C210SF Printer
Okay so you have adminstrative privileges, good, now Close the Printers Folder. In Control Panel / Services, browse to the Spooler service and stop it.. If you are using TCP/IP Printing Services, stop that service as well. Next delete the .spl and .shd files from %SystemRoot%\System32\Spool\Printers that have the time and date of the print job causing the problem. Restart the sevices that you stopped and you should be good to go.
Note that at times simply restarting the spooler service will get the job done...All the best

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
