Question about Computers & Internet
Bluetooth is not working in my laptop. i have installed ubuntu linux 9.04 on my laptop Hp 6226. i was able to search the devices and could transfer the files to my phone but was unable to transfer the other way. Can anyone please help. Please ask me if any information is required regarding the hardware.
Install kbluetooth on your laptop and start it... this will defenitely fix the problem.

I believe "kbluetooth" works better in KDE. Since Ubuntu normally uses GNOME by default, I would suggest right-clicking on the bluetooth icon and selecting Preferences. Then click on "Make computer discoverable", which would allow other bluetooth-enabled devices to find your computer when doing a search.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
