If the manufacturer or Manualslib.com dont have specs / manual with image format compatibilty, try saving a test photo as various formats and dimensions, ratios and DPI.
From personal experience, I found that Corel's Photo Studio converts single images quite nicely, whereas XNView does bulk conversions in one go.
If your photos aren't JPG, try this format as it seems to be universal across many devices.
No idea what Sylvania sdpf 1089 uses, tho....

Definitely your Micro SD Card has a problem. might be ita a virus problem.
Try to format it by your Computer not by your Phone. If you have a AntiVirus scan your Card and then try to format it.
if you are not successful in one chance Don't afraid at all, try it three or four times by removing and then inserting the Card again in the Computer........

SOURCE: EnV2 does not recognize MP3 files on micro SD card
This was tricky, but I was able to get MP3 files recognized on my daugter's phone.
First, the MicroSD card needs to be formatted by the phone. The phone requres a special directory structure to be created. You may be able to do this manually, but I did it by letting the phone initialize the card. To do this, insert the MicroSD card. Make sure you push it all the way in.
Go to Menu 9 Settings and Tools. Then menu 9 Memory. Then menu 3 Card Memory. The phone should recognize the card and initialize it by creating the special directories for My Music, My Videos, My Sounds, etc.
Then put the card into your PC and copy your MP3 files to the My Music directory on the card. I could not get the phone to recognize sub folders, so make sure you copy everything directly to the My Music directory and not the one under it.
Now the card is ready, you have to tell the phone to use your card memory and not its internal memory for these items. Go to Menu 9 Settings and Tools. Then menu 9 Memory. Then menu 1 Save Options. Pick Pictures, Video, and Sounds and set the phone to use Card memory for each.
Now you can import the music into the music player on the phone. Go to menu 5 Media Center. Menu 1 Music & tones. Menu 4 My Music. The music player should then Import yhour music into the player and it should now be playable.
(I think these accurately reflect what I did)
You can also go to 9 Settings, 9 Memory, 3 Card Memory, 4 My Music to view your music.
