Pl. remove the key board connector from the main board and tape it.. Connect the external key board and monitor to its port.
That will work. It will better to disconnect the internal display connector.

Pull out the key, check if there is anything interferring.
Try different USB port.
Try a USB to PS2 converter and use the PS2 port. (Costs about $1.50)

All else fails, get a new keyboard.

The keyboard maybe faulty ot the keyboard chip in the laptop maybe faulty.
Connect an USB keyboard to your laptop and if this keyboard works then most likely the laptop keyboard is faulty or may the keyboard cable is loose and needs reconnecting to the motherboard.

Either the board has sucked up a bit of moisture or suffered a bit of a knock.You need a new keyboard.

The whole keyboard will need to be replaced in order to fix the problem, the keys are not designed to be serviced making it impossible to rectify the situation. The best solution is take it to a computer shop to have the issue resolved, or attach an external keyboard to restore full operation.

Please disable the numlock and check the keyboard.
If still probem with the existing keyboard, you can use the external mini keyboard.

You can try to vacuum out your keyboard, then try to blow it out with compressed air. If these don't make it work your keyboard has lost function in those keys

Some dust or liquid must have entered or dropped on the keyboard. If it is just dust try using a compressed-air spray canister to blow in the space around the key.

If that does not work you can use a thin knife or flat screwdriver to pry the keys off. Do that with the 3 key first as the space bar is more difficult to put back in - there are a couple of springs that have to be fitted just right. Clean away any dirt and push the key in place.

If it is a liquid then you must open the entire keyboard panel and clean it from the inside. If you have the confidence and skill to do that you can try searching samsung support about how to do that. It is not that difficult if you follow the instructions carefully, but if you yank the flat cable connector off it may be difficult for you to snap it back in.Otherwise ask for professional repair.
