Unlikely. He will be transported there and signed over to them. It is still a secure location and part of his sentence. He will probably has a tracking bracelet fitted, but will be allowed out under curfew conditions. Any breaches in the rules and he will be sent back to prison.

How did Avon get released from prison?

While in prison, Avon discovers that one of the guards, who has been giving Wee-Bey a hard time, is dealing drugs to inmates. Stringer then contacts Blind Butchie, who sells the guard the drugs and gets him to give the guard a poisoned package ("hot shots" which is also the title of the episode) that causes several inmates to overdose in one night. The prison authorities, desperate to catch who is behind the drugs, agree to offer reduced sentences for information. Avon comes forward and agrees to identify the dealer in exchange for getting his parole hearing moved up and for the prison to recommend his release. In the end he only serves a single year in prison before being released.

Ordered compatible drum for Brother HL2240 and can't get it to work It acts like it is trying to put does not even pick up paper

Make sure the toner cartridge is properly fitted to the drum unit, and then ensure the toner/drum assembly is pushed all the way into the machine. Also you may need to repeat the drum reset procedure - ie. with power on leave the front hatch open and hold the Go/reset button down until ALL the lights are on. Then release the button and close the front hatch. If the machine still does not feed paper - I suggest you return the drum as possibly faulty.

no a year in prison is 12 months, but due to over crowding some systems are releasing some of the lesser offenders out early.

Which type of siren that must be installed in Prisons, especially large prisons?

In the United States, there are several types of alarms that must all be installed before being certified by BOP.
Cameras, both regular, and 0 lux, or night vision type.
Claxon type sirens capable of producing 115 decibels loudness
Remote single cell door activation systems
Remote multi-cell door activation systems
Shatter sensors built into all the glass windows where an inmate might possibly be at.
New prisons are also installing strobometric flashers, so as to disorient the inmates in case of riot or other unrest in the facility.
All guards in the Prisons must carry handcuffs, and radios at all times while on duty, that way they can always call for help if need be.
Also, in many prisons, motion detection sensors are used so that even if there is no guard right there, the sensor will go off if an inmate manages to get into the wrong area.

I am sure there are other types as well, like heat sensors, and ground vibration sensors, so that it can pick up the vibration of walking across floors.

I hope this has helped you out .
