Question about Singer 7442 Mechanical Sewing Machine
Hi,I got a industrial sewing machine(singer) which must be at least 20 yrs old of which I have had no problems with until the belt snapped.the belt itself fits inside the machine with teeth on it(not the one which fits outside to the moter) if you know what i mean, the problem is how do i slide it over the top wheel when it fixed in,please can anyone help me do this problem.many thanx Brian ps I don't know what model my machine is
It might be the way you're asking that's confusing the problem. It's simple to remove the hand wheel, slip the belt over the track, and then replace the hand wheel. It really depends on the model of your machine - is it by chance a 328K?
