This is front load? take the top panel off, keep the computer attatched. the door and front panel should come off. then when you get inside of the washer, underneath the drum there will be a rubber gasket from the pump to the tank. Connected to the hose into the drum. take that cover off and clean it out. I found socks, and lint, and money. I had a frigidare front loader, and nothing was coming clean, even when i did a system deep clean on the machine options. There are plenty of you tube videos that show you how to get in there. This was a few years back and i will tell you it was a fight to do without any help from the boyfriend at the time. but i fixed it and didnt have to buy a new washer or parts. I hope this is the problem with yours and you dont have to put any money into it. and sorry if this isnt helpful, good luck!

The pump assembly where the drain hose connects to is where the filter located and can only be accessed with the removal of the front panel. Disconnect power and remove the screws securing the top panel to the rear of the machine then pull the panel back and up.
Pull the dispenser drawer out then remove the two screws from the recess of the drawer.
Disconnect the control panel assembly harness and remove the screw on
the right side of the console inside the cabinet then pull the console
out.
Remove the four screws from the top of the front panel and the screws from the filter cover as shown.
Put a flat screwdriver or putty knife into the both sides of the filter cover and pull it out then remove the screw behind it.
Open the door and remove the spring clamp assembly that holds the door gasket to the lip of the front panel then peel the gasket off.
Tilt the front panel and disconnect the door switch harness then lift and remove the front panel.
The pump assembly can now be accessed.

HI,
move the kicking plate on the front-bottom of the machine. You will see
o circular lid there, turn it on anti-clockvise to open. All of the
water blocked will come from there, be careful. Look carefully that
there are some objects blocking the water draining. Then turn on the
machine on draining programme, the plastic rotor should turn fastly
when the machine is on. If it is not running, change the pump motor. If
it is running, but machine is not draining again you can understand
that there is an objeck stuck on the hose between drum and pump motor.
Lay down the machine on its rear facade, you will see a large and black
hose between drum and pump motor. When you remove it, you will see that
there is something that blocks water running.
