Medicool 20k pro drill how to fix after 2 balls install?

If you have installed the ceramic balls in your Medicool 20K Pro Drill, and now it is not working, you may need to perform the following steps to fix it:
  1. Remove the handpiece from the control box.
  2. Unscrew the two small screws on the front of the handpiece.
  3. Gently remove the front cover of the handpiece.
  4. Remove the two ceramic balls from the spindle.
  5. Reassemble the handpiece by replacing the front cover and securing it with the screws.
  6. Reconnect the handpiece to the control box and test it.
If the drill still does not work, it may be a problem with the control box or another component. In that case, it may be necessary to contact the manufacturer or a professional repair technician for further assistance.

How to remove bit it's stuck and not moving

Drill bit? If it's stuck in a piece of metal try drilling from the other side and then knock it out use a maller drill bit.

Stuck in metal, use vise grips to grab it and turn counter clockwise

Stuck in drill chuck? Get a key for the electric drill. Battery operated, use a par of pair of channel lock pliers to open the chuck.

How do I fix my medicool. I broke a bit off in the handpeice and I need to know how to take the hand pc. Apart.

Turn the dial to left to unlock the Chuck point it downward then tab on the side of Chuck lightly with a small wooden blocks( do not use metal), eventually that broken end piece of carbide bit come out long enough to pull out with a pair of needle nose pliers, if it not successful doing this way it can be done by taking it apart, just have to be more carefully with small parts. Hope this would help, good luck!

Medicool turbo II chuck will not loosen

You put it back together wrong, as I state the obvious. Most likely the large aluminium barrEl is backward, small end should face forward, flange towards handle.
Or the collar with the two wheels that engages the Collett lock is upside down.

Hope this will help. If you still need it, this post is quite old.

My nail gun miss fires. seems there is not enough tension pushing the nails forward

Could be that the driver is not returning to top of the cylinder. Easy test, when the gun miss fires, remove air line, with thin metal, insert thru nose and push driver up. Retest gun. If driver was down a bit then nails will not feed. Remove head and check that driver oring is making good seal, lubed, and is not too tight or bent. Also check that lower bumper is not cracked or missing pieces. Replace parts as needed. If driver was all the way up, clean rails and pusher assembly with wd40 and follow with good cleaning with air. If pusher and rails working properly, must be problem with bad batch of nails, slightly thicker or wider head not allowing nail to easily slide. Open nose latch and check that nails slide thru easily.

Can't get broken hex bit out

what you need to do is remove the quick release mechanism. there is a retaining ring DO NOT STRETCH then a small flat washer and spring lift the collar and there are usually 2 small steel balls. then using a magnet you should be able to remove bit. this works only if the shank on the bit is not twisted.

How to change bits on nail drill for natural and artificial nails(nail techs would know how to do this)

Most of the nail techs I've seen are using some variation of a Dremel or multi-tool. As I have never seen any nail tech take the machine directly to someones nails. I will assume there is and extension. You'll need two tools, a pin like a nail (woodworking nail not fingernail) and a wrench adjustable, vise grips whatever you have. There should be two holes just below the bit on the outer casing. Spin the center shaft until the hole in it lines up and stick the nail in it. This locks the center shaft so you can loosen the collet nut that holds the bit in place. Once it is loose you'll probably need to lightly tap the bit to get it to break free. Slap in a new bit tighten the nut, pull the pin out and your ready to go. Hope I didn't botch up what you meant by "nail tech".
