First of all take a backup of all the important data on the handset and then try reloading the OS if this does not help then get in touch with the service provider.

This is not a software problem.
The camera got knock off contact inside the Blackberry from shipping and daily use.
There is a EZ fix and you can give it a try.
1)Power off the BlackBerry
2)take the back cover off //take the battery out
3)clean the camera with a DRY clean cloth
4)apply gentle pressure around the camera
you may or may not hear a popping sound
this is the sound the camera making contact with the socket.
REMEMBER USE LIGHT PRESSURE
5)place battery and cover back on
6)power on the Blackberry
7)try the camera function
IF YOU ARE GETTING off color or ghost like pic then you are half way there!
