Question about Apple iPod touch Second Gen (8 GB, MB528LL/A) Digital Media Player
I would recommend using a program called disk aid to extract all your media to your computer then restore your iPod and put your media back on your iPod here is the URL to disk aid: http://www.digidna.net/diskaid/download.php
To get disc aide to display your files on your iPod in the bottom left hand corner is a drop down arrow click on it and select one of the folders then in the main menu window you should see a bunch of folders hope this helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
