My computer says the software is install but the print will not print-- when i select "print" the word ERROR HAS OCCUR" comes up

- Everything is installed ,the scanner works fine but the printer won't print , not even the test page yet it is set as ready,i have re installed 4 times now but still nothing ,i have unpluged everything and started again but still nothing , i am stuck,what is wrong ?- xxnewbiexxMar 04, 2008
