Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Welcome to FixYa.
Please try to reinstall first the driver of your camera. It is in the CD that comes with your camera when you bought it. Just insert the CD to your computer's cd/dvd ROM and the installation wizard will pop up. Just follow the instructions of the installation wizard.
If you don't have the CD driver, just let us know the exact brand and model of your camera and we will find a driver for you. Or you can just searh a driver at google, download, then install.
I'm not recommending fixing it at device manager because when you do, the settings become fixed, and Windows will then have less flexibility when allocating resources to other devices. If too many resources become fixed, Windows may not be able to install new Plug and Play devices. And if you are not familiar with what you are doing, it will cause you a lot of trouble in the long long run.
Goodluck and I hope that will fix you problem. If not, you can ask again anytime.
