i hav ean mp4 playe that do't play video when i open it it indicates file format error but iam using the right converter so as i did seen on the web that it was hackered and need to be firmware upgraded when i opened it to the firmware upgrade software from its driver's cd then when i ran the software to upgrade it ndicate device nt found insert it or reboot system |OK |
