Question about Schwinn Sierra DSX Adult Comfort Bike
Need to replace computer on an older Schwinn DX900 stationary bike. This is the type that is mounted on the handle bar stem, black with orange buttons to monitor speed, distance, pedal rpm, timer, etc.
Any suggestions that won't cost a fortune? I know I can retrofit the newer model, but that would cost more than this bike is worth.
Thanks for feedback

SOURCE: what kind of disk batteries
The computer on your Schwinn DX900 exercise bike uses one 1.5V AAA battery. In order to replace the battery, you'll need to:
1. unscrew the computer from the mount
2. gently disconnect the computer sensor wire from its socket
3. unscrew the back panel of the computer (four screws)
4. remove the old battery and install the new
5. repeat steps 1-3 in reverse order.
