You have probably turned on a special function for that button. In the program reading section, you'll see a way to print the program for departments (or PLUs if you have it set to use PLUs instead). Once you've printed them, check the dept or PLU that's bad and see how it differs from the other ones. Then go into dept/ PLU programming and set it the same as a working one. I don't have info for this model so I can't walk you through it. If you don't have the programming manual, this site has it and they give help with all of their manuals so they can show you how to use the program codes https://the-checkout-tech.com/manuals/cashregisters/Casio_PCR-T2000_users_and_programming_manual.html

You haven't mentioned the journal roll, so I will assume it prints the journal but not the receipt. What happens if you press the post receipt button at the end of a sale. Does it print daily reports on both rolls?

I'm a little late, but for future reference, and anyone else with this problem, you have to change the journal paper feed. The one that updates with every purchase, and keeps a record of every single transaction. :) Hope this helps!
