The air ride compressor comes on all the time. IT all started when I jacked the car up to change the brake pads. I read later you are suppose to turn off the air ride switch when jacking up the car. Is there an easy fix for this
If the compressor is constantly running you have a leak. The leak is either in the line running to the air bag or in the air bag itself. If you're lucky, it's in the line which you can determine if ou trace the lines running from the compressor while its on and listen/look for a leak. The lines run all the way to the air bags which have an electrical relief valve. It's possible the relief valve was damaged when you jacked up the truck as well. If no leak is discovered, then you've got an air bag issue and will need a technician.
Best of luck.
