Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I hooked up my HP Officejet All-in-one to my new Toshiba laptop with Vista, scanned documents come out as .tif documents rather than .pdf like they used to on my old laptop with Windows XP.
1. Why does it do this?
2. Can I change it back to .pdf?
3. How do I open up a .tif document?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
