i have canon MP730 imageclass and i have a cartridge jammed and i have no idea how to fix it.

I have the same problem.

Cleared paper jam
Now it reads cartridge jammed and is grinding when you press resume

Cartridges are usually simple click into place.
Refer to your manual.
I suspect none of us here can help further without actually examining your printer.
you could also try - www,fixyourownprinter.com
type your printer model in the field.
Also Canon customer support will may be able to point a way
