You need to have the phone can do this yourself.....if u wish

or go to the blackberry website and download your operators' os the install the desktop manager on ur pc and go to your c: program files - common files - research in motion or RIM then the app loader......

or if this is to confusing take it to a mobile service center and have them reflash it for you...

Your is have a software conflict problem. Go to your current cell phone service provider, and have them reload the the phone device software. It should stop rebooting constantly after that

Aspier 5520 reboots constant. can open safe mode.

That you can start in safe mode tells me that your problem is caused by some software/driver you have installed lately or in worse case by a virus. You can start by starting the pc in safe mode and uninstalling what you have installed the last couple of days or if you have the possibility, restore your system to an earlier date! if it doesn't help, you should back your files up then format the hard drive and install Windows from scratch. OBS. you might have the recovery partition on your hard drive!
Good luck!

Reebooting constently when I play a game, the console reboots. What do I have to change within the console for it to stop

Once, I spilled juice on ours. it worked fine, but I had to replace the switch on my system because it was constantly engaged. If you really want to fix it, take it apart and clean the switch for RESET. if that doesn't help, look for damaged wires, a broken switch, or other problems. I hope this helps.

Blackberry flip pearl constantly reboots.

I've had the same problem, particularly after upgrading the OS. I've been able to keep it reboot free for 24 hours after resending the service books from the bberry portal (and I'm even using it unlocked from T-Mobile on AT&T).

Treo659 reboots constantly

Try a reset first but you more likely a hard reset will take care of this but it will wipe your palm. Anything you have added since your last hotsync will be gone and there is no way to get it back.. After you do the reset the next hotsync should put your info and programs back on.
