Microsoft software is usually very good about finding mods within their systems. Since you have repaired a wire, it might somehow think it's been modded.

Double-check your repair work, if you used a soldering iron, it could have attached to another wire -causing a short (faking a mod). If you just twisted and taped it, you might want to consider a better fix.

I soldered ana chip & tightened gpu chip. after switching on the set green light appeared for 5/6 sec. changing to 2 red lights. 2nd time only red lights came . Now it's not turning on.

1. Let your Xbox 360 console cool. You may have to wait several hours for your Xbox 360 console to cool enough. Don't turn on your Xbox 360 console when the console is hot. 2. Verify that your Xbox 360 console has enough ventilation and that the fans are operating. For more information about ventilation, see the "More Information" section. 3. If the two lights continue to flash red after you try steps 1 and 2, contact Xbox Customer Support. For more information about how to contact Xbox Customer Support, please visit the Xbox Support (http://www.xbox.com/support/) Web site.

Three red lights

Unfortunately, a large number of folks know all to well from their own experience. Fortunately for those who have not opened their console for any reason Microsoft has extended the warranty of ANY console experiencing the 3 red lights failure for a full three years from the manufacture or purchase date.
