Question about Samsung Cell Phones
I'd like to help as fixing it with us will be much more cost effective. I do have a few ideas to help you!
Firstly, try making a call. Can you make any call from the phone in its current, non-activated state? Try it anyway. Does it attempt to call? What happens? Let me know.

I hope I have been helpful today. Please let me know otherwise :)
