Hello I have a Samsung HLR5067W and i am having problems with the rear panel output....when I plug the cable box and/or the DVD player into the rear jacks I get big green lines on the television in front of the picture. I can however use the one set of side jacks and the picture is ok. Does anybody know how to fix this problem...if so please HELP :) I am not very techie so if the explanation could be in very simple terms I would appreciate it....Thanks so much!

I have a Samsung HLR5067W DLP. We are now getting a single horizontal row of flashing green rectangles evenly spaced apart about a third of the way from the bottom.
This is via a high def cable box (component connection) outputing 1080i. When we use a DVD player via composite or component (DVD is *not* upscaling or progressive), the screen is like - for a lack of better words - a plaid pattern of horizontal and vertical bars in various thickness (Think Scottish plaid pattern). It is definitely worse with the DVD than the cable box. This is on different inputs.
Is this a fault with the input (analog or digital board)? Can this be fixed - and how?
Thanks
