- I tried formatting the corrupted memory card on my PC but the PC won't recognize the memory card. It says that there is no memory card inserted in the reader. Take out the card first from the phone.
Format it using your computer's memory card reader.
Insert it back to the phone.
Go to Menu
Go to Extras
Go to Memory
Go Options
Select Format mem. card.
That should do it. You will be able to use your card again.
