I have a mac. how do i get the 320 to work? i already have stuff backed up on it from my old computer which was windows.

Your Mac can't recognize the 320 because it's formatted as NTFS and Mac uses Mac OS Extended (Journaled) format. You need to install one or two apps on the Mac; Crossover or Parallels, and then install the Windows software on the Mac you need to read and use the files.

At that point, some files which share file types in Windows and Mac could be transfered (jpeg, mp3-4, etc.)

You'll learn maybe more than you wanted to,

Good Luck,

I cannot access my 320 GB simpledrive. It asks do you want to format drive?

As you are getting promt of format drive that confirms that your system is able to detect your 320 GB simpledrive.

If you are using it first time then by default you will get this promt and if you are already using it from a long time then your data which is in the drive got corrupt and that's the main reason you are getting this promt of format drive. You need to click on yes to format it.

There is no other option. You will need to format the drive and you will loose your data which you have in it.

Take Care

Laptop shows only 4gb ram & 300 gb hdd

This is the limitation of a 32 bit (x86) Operating System. A 32 bit OS can detect upto 3GB RAM only.

You may either try installing the x64 Bit of XP Operating System or Vista Service Pack 1 or 2 for 32 bit Vista Operation System to resolve the issue.

After installing the SP 1 or 2 of the Vista OS in the Computer, the OS will detect 4GB RAM.

Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try it can scan and install most automatically. Failing that you can look through they're (thousands of) drivers but this will take ages.

Trust 320 spacecam on windows vista

Sadly it looks like Trust camera does not work with Vista, however there no harm pluging the camera and letting Vista look for a driver by telling it to use the net,

SimpleDrive 1TB Hard drive not connecting

Windows XP and vista can both automatically detect harddrives, especially with USB connections. The only problem I can see is with the connecting cable. Maybe it is not connected properly. Try another set of cables to see if it solves the problem. Also, try plugging it into another usb port. Also, trying rebooting windows with the harddrive plugged in. Another possibility could be that the device drivers for the drive is corrupted on widows. Go to control panel on windows and look at the device manager and try to manually reinstall the drivers using the disk that came with the harddrive.
