Question about Motorola Mobility V262

My v262 won't turn on

My phone usually turns blue when I open it, then goes to the normal screen, but lately it has been turning blue, then black. I can't reach my 16 text messages or 3 missed calls, and I'm really annoyed. What should I do?

My computer won't turn on and it goes to a black screen with words and then i click start windows normally and it goes to a blue screen then stops, how do i get it to turn on?

The blue screen states that it has a hardware error. Usually the problem is in the memory card. All you have to do is open your computer (cpu) and removed the memory card. Try to blow the memory slot and try to clean the memory card pins with a clean cloth and return it back to the memory slot. After that try to turn it on if it works. If not, try to replace the memory card if you have a spare.
Aside from memory card problem is the hardisk problem but usually rare. Try the memory step first before the hardisk step.

You need to check the setting if the phone is not put to a sort of mute setting while pressing the buttons.
