Moen Waterhill Bridge S713NL. How to replace cartridge? Can't get handle off?

Question edited for clarity and add CAPS.

Here is the parts breakdown. Your model is discontinued.

The hand lever unscrews, the part that holds the handle looks like a push fit and then there is a screw collar holding the cartridge. Increase Zoom to 200%.

it probably has a plastic cartridge,remove it, and push the center piece out slowly and firmly. wipe this down,not completly this is what carries the wieght of the handle.give this a shot.

To Remove Moen Kitchen Faucet.
Regardless of the type of faucet being installed, there are a few basics steps everyone will follow.
First, shut off the water supply to the old faucet using valves typically located under the sink. Then remove those supply lines and the old faucet.

Moen is a cartridge style unit. They make two different cartridges that you can buy at Home Depot. Turn the water off under the sink and then remove the handle. You will see the the cartridge. It has a U shaped retaining clip that pulls out. Once you remove it, then take a pair of pliers and pull the cartridge out. Take it up to HD and match the one you have. The new one will slide right back in and you will reverse the process.

cartridge does not stop that type of leak. If it is leaking from around the base of the spout it is o-rings that are the problem that are onthe valve after you pull the spout all the way off.

It should just unscrew. You might need some needle nose pliers as the aerator may be slightly recessed.
