Due to the large amount of sediment present in the washer system,
it is quite common to have the systems clog up.
People do not generally use distilled water and highly filtered washer solvent when refilling those washer systems..
Using a combination of air pressure (such as a tyre inflator) and water pressure (from a garden spigot) you may be able to clear this up.
Remember that severe pressure may cause the system to part company with the vehicle.
God bless your efforts.
hook up the water hose before turning electric on have the hose supplying water to it low pressure these units cant take full pressure like over 60psi, thenturn the dial to where you want andconnect power use 3 way adapter prong outdoor style extension with a good outside coded plug receptacle of course
not really. It sounds like either a motor or unloader problem I work on washers full time and in my honest opinion these electric washers and a ripoff. You cant work on them as they dont even use industry standard parts. I would invest in a gas engine washer for small homeowner needs. If you must use an electric one, stay away from the ones at Walmart/homedepot etc. check out pressurepro com They can give you better options. Good luck
Hi Trevor You have one of two problems 1. Pressure relief valve is stuck and needs cleaning or replacement 2. Pistons that pressurize the water need new sealing rings or seals Bud
sounds like the piston rings are worn, and oil is seeping past them. Try putting redex in with the fuel to see if that helps (might help clean the system). Failing that, pop into Halfords and by a can of ?? (can't remember the name, but it's designed to take up the wear between cylinder and rings) Hope this helps.
the unit will only **** up solution when the pressure is low, thats how they all work so you cant use pressure at the same time. You will notice that the pressure drops when using the solution ****..
soap 1st the pressure wash.
