How di I get a replacement card?Please

Report your Opal card lost or stolen If your card is lost or stolen and it is registered:
  1. Log in to Report your card as lost or stolen or by calling 13 67 25 (13 OPAL).
  2. Your card will be blocked from the time that you report it - this means that the card will no longer be able to be used and the balance of your card is protected.
  3. Order a new Opal card or just transfer the balance of your registered lost card to another registered card you may hold which is also linked to your Opal profile.
If a card is reported lost or stolen and it is found, it cannot be reused. A new card will be mailed to you and may take five to seven working days.
