Video Jumble with Canon Optura 60

Whenever I capture video from tape using my Optura 60, lately, I get a jumble of pixels on the right of the video (sometimes engulfing the full video image). I've had the camera for 2 years and this problem just started a few months ago. I've tried every brand of tape thinking that was the problem, however, clearly it is not. Tried cleaning the tape heads....no luck. I'm at a loss because I make my living taking video...and I cannot get any decent video anymore from this camera. Please help! I'm desperate!!! THank you!
