its a good idea to make a alternate email account for purposes.

In e-mails from such sites, there is an 'unsubscribe' link close to the bottom.
Open the email and click that 'unsubscribe' link to put a full stop to the mails from them.

i dont think you r sending them yahoo mail sends adds eavery time you send a email all of them do thats how they stay free
