I'm looking for someone who can help with the colours of the wires and what the colours are for. the radio i took out is from a ford falcon EF 1996 and help would be grateful. thank you.

Are you trying to use that radio in a different vehicle, or are you trying to find out what wires in your vehicle you need to connect to a new radio? Your best bet either way is to go to your local library and find the service manual to that make, model, and year of vehicle, and look up either the wiring diagram, or connector views of the radio. You can also buy conversion harnesses to plug a new radio right into your vehicle, so you don't have to splice wires. You don't want to just start hooking up wires because putting power or ground in the wrong spot can wreak havoc on the vehicle and the radio. Hope this helps.
