Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console

1 Answer

Xbox started having graphical imprefections

Initially my xbox started having imperfections with the graphics. The graphical shading was showing as green/yellow streaks with an overall yellowish hue. This happened with every aspect of the system, games, movies, even the dashboard. Now when I start the console my tv says the device is not supported. The console starts up normally with no red lights. I have used the av cable that came with the game and an HDMI cable that I have always used. I have tried this on 2 televisions with the same results.

In the end I was able to connect my xbox 360 to the television with the original a/v cables in standard setup and component setup but all video was gone. The initial graphical imperfections must have been the beginning. My solution seems to be to bite the bullet and give microsoft my $100 to repair the console. I am guessing there is a video card issue and not any quick repairs that I could do myself.

It might be due to fault in computer graphics world that's not recommended for the game that makes the script working imperfectly. Glitches in a platform game may show error of invisible wall collision errors, sprite errors, freezes, image problems, and others.

So all you have to check your hardware and re-install graphics drivers can fix your problem. Also have a look to game requirements for running on PC platform and can fix your error.

If you are unable to fix this problem even if Graphic drivers are up-to-date. Then best and easy solution is to use system utility program PC Fresher

I have a PixelView NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600 (click on the link to see it) graphics card and my computer started doing very strange things with my video and was locking up my computer. I pulled the card out and looked at the capacitors on it and saw the tops of them were bulging and stuff was leaking from them. The capacitors are the green cylinders with the silver tops and the gold/yellow writing. I replaced the capacitors and that fixed the problem but it would be easier to just replace the video card.
