It sounds like the freezer fan is not working. It's located on the back freezer wall and should run when the compressor runs.

I suggest if you can empty the refrigerator of all stuff and open it completely long enough for everything to defrost inside it. Using a fan to blow inside it will aid the process making it quicker. Then restart it and see if it cools ok. If you have an automatic defrost unit then maybe the defrost unit is not working correctly...the control timer for it can be bad or the heating elements that do the defrost can be burned out...believe it or not the refrigertor has heaters inside the door etc. which turn on periodically to do the defrosting.

just check if the lever in the ice maker is turned to on or off,because that causes the ice maker to stop making ice

I had this repaired by replacing the motor-fan in the refrigertor behind the air deflector which sends the air from the freezer to frig. hope this helps. The motor was not working.
