I inserted a few too many plastic sheets into the Pulsar + 300 comb binding machine. Even when I lift the lever on the right I cannot remove the sheets. How do I get it to be "unstuck"?

Coil binding is like a slinky, twirling and binding your punched sheets into a book. An Electric coil inserter speedily binds books up to about 150 sheets
Remove the fabric softener cup, remove the plastic insert, then there is a 7/16th bolt you need to remove and the agitator will lift out. Here is a diagram of the tub assembly.
The old Horn lifts had vertical rails on the sides and the newer style has one center support. Push the lever up and press down on the platform to lower, push up on the lever and the platform should raise. If it binds, the plastic slides are broken or if the cables are loose, then the lift is likely broken. www.hornofamerica.com
You just need to remove the binding form the board and look underneath the binding. If it doesn't drop out by itself just lever the broken piece out with a flat head screw driver. Once this is done you can insert the new part screw on the cap strap
All you have to do is lift up the lid over the top of the printer. Make sure the machine is turned off. Remove the ribbon cassette. There will be a lever either on the left or right on top of the printer. Gently pull this toward you and the assembly holding the daisy wheel will drop toward you. The daisy wheel is is a transparent plastic case. Hold the tab and lift up the wheel. To insert the replacement is the reverse of what you have just done
