to subscribe to pocket data you need to call your operator's customer care and ask then to activate gprs on your sim card.
most of the operator provide 3 or 4 types gprs pack.
if you are airtel user then dial *567# and choose your plan.
after gprs activation ask them for gprs setting.(for airtel send text MO to 543210)
set recieved setting as default setting and enjoy browsing on your mobile.

For china phone there will be no settings provided by the network operator.You have to manually create internet access account and provide correct access point .ip and etc.To get the details of access point and etc contact customer care of the mobile.
Initially you must be subscribed to GPRS.

Inorder to subscribe for the GPRS contact the mobile operator (sim card provider) customer care they will activate GPRS and help you by providing the Settings to use it.Once Setting recieved and GPRS activated use can use internet from mobile

Usually, mms has settings like gprs. Therefore these settings needs to be set on your phone by your Internet service provider, on request.

In my country, mms and gprs phone setting are usually sent automatically by internet service providers immediately you insert your sim card into a phone that has mms & gprs. And these internet service providers are also the network providers.

For instance, if your network provider is Zain, MMS & GPRS settings must be from Zain because that's the network you are using. These settings are as follows: IP Adress (eg. 172.018.254.005), homepage (e.g wap.uk.zain.com), port (1902) and so on....

So check if the above are intact on your phone as this is the only thing that can make your mms work.
Go to message, under message, look out for mms settings and you will see what I am talking about.

If you have the correct Orange wap set up, then it's your SIM card, you need to call your wireless provider and they will fix this matter in their server. I have a T-Mobile sim card and my i68+ have the correct GPRS settings and I can't get in the internet, but I borrowed another T-Mobile SIM card with unlimited internet and place it in my i68+ phone and it worked. So it's most probably the SIM card IF the GPRS settings in your phone are correct.

Search for the right set up from your wireless provider an install them in your phone. Also make sure that if you use a SIM card that is ready for internet, otherwise, it will always state "GPRS NOT SUBSCRIBE".
