Question about Dell Computers & Internet
I have a dell dimension e521 that was i believe was zapped by the "antivirus 360" scam. i closed the pop-up window it showed up in from the taskbar (not by clicking it directly) then ran a scan. when it told me to restart the pc i did, but when it came back up the pc loaded and the monitor turned on and went directly to sleep, what can i do to "wake up" my monitor to make sure my system no longer has the virus in it???
Download install and run this malwarebytes program ,it should get ridof it,good luck John

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
