SOURCE: ionic breeze quadra s1857 Red light continues to blink needs cleaning even after cleaning. not filtering. help

Mine is a Pro-series Quadra. It needed better cleaning.

The front and rear plastic grill scome off (release catch at the bottom of each), allowing access to the central core. I cleaned it with a damp rag (let it dry before you turn it back on). Be very careful of the two wires running the length of the unit -- if you break these it will not work. I did, however, gently clean them.

When I restarted it there was an unusual smell for a few minutes, but all is working well again.

SOURCE: Need instruction manual for Optima Model 420

Yes you can re-use the cleaning solution, and you should rinse the item in clear water after cleaning.

Where is the filter on the Estate washer ETW4400XQ0?

I can't find the user manual for this particular Whirlpool washer And manuals of a similar model number don't mention the filter location. The customer service phone number at Whirlpool is 1 800 253 1301 and they would want that model number to help. I thought this had a self cleaning filter. Sadly, lint filters may be in quite a variety of locations: https://www.mrappliance.com/blog/2017/march/the-washers-lint-trap-needs-cleaning-too/

I don't know how to clean the oven

Hello OTCHENASH...

Make & Model would be really really really helpful here!!!

if It's a NEW STYLE self cleaning oven... read the new manual.
or
if It's a OLD STYLE self cleaning oven... read the old manual.

It makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE...

Any advice here could fly right in the face of what you
owners manual dictates

You TYPICALLY remove the shelves.. and prep the interior with a warm sponge... to pick of loose particles.

Sets the controls for clean... return WELL after cool down.
Make sure the interior surface is cool to the touch... and
ONLY THEN :
Clean up the ash with a damp sponge!

Clean and return the shelves... and you are good for your next mess.

If it is not SELF CLEANING... get out the HAZ-MAT suits..

Again... remove shelves food, etc.
Open windows... Read the CAUTIONS on the label...
Follow those directions VERY CLOSELY... Else...

Get dressed and go out and by a new oven.

Happy hunting!

Your TV manual should have the filter cleaning replacement procedure in the manual. Mine does. Otherwise what model do you have so I can get the procedure to you ?

Towels smell sour. while cleaning noticed small "hole" (factory made) in bottom of boot in front of three "notches". seems like a drain hole? stuck q-tip in there and stinky black muck discovered. ran...

I think you are talking about the door gasket. Use a mixture of bleach and water in the gasket and also in the drum. Most front load washer are notorious for mold and mildew. Run the washer in a rinse cyle to clean drum. Also clean your drain filter.

KA dryer has been running without a lint filter. Other owner. I need to know how to take off the front and back panal to clean inside due to fire hazzard. Mdl # KGYE800TWHO . Need schematic drawing. I am...

Disconnect Power. Lift Cover on lint filter. Remove two Phillips screws taking care NOT to allow them to fall into the blower housing. Next, place a putty knife in the space between the upper and lower panel at the front of the dryer about 4 inches in from either side to push up the retaining clips while pulling on the lower panel. This will release the lower panel and give you full access to all the main components and most internal areas needing cleaning.

The only area affected by running with no lint filter is accessed by removing the rear panel. With rear off, the filter housing on the left will have several 5/16" hex head screws to be removed for access to the blower wheel and housing interior. With screws removed go to front and insert putty knife in the seam between the top and front panels about 4 inches in from both sides. Lift top at same time and raise when disengaged. The filter housing can now be moved sufficiently to vacuum the interior from the rear removing any large foreign objects first.

You have now cleaned all the dryer areas that need cleaning. Don't forget the airflow through the vent line of the house.

Reverse the above process to reassemble unit. Good Luck.

I moved into this house and it has this model of gas stove and there is not a manual so i have no idea as to how i am to clean it or if it is self cleaning. Please help me before i need a chisel to clean...

If the interior is slick (and porcelain) it is either a self or manual cleaning oven (self cleaning has a latch that lock the door to prevent opening while in the clean mode so you will notice a slot at the top where the latch arm will come out and catch the door).

A self cleaning oven has a non glossy surface inside and this surface spreads the grease and boil over out so it will burn up in continuous use.

My Bionaire Humidifier

From the user manual (which is online)

2. Clean the base by partially filling
it with one 8-oz cups of undiluted
white vinegar or by using Cleanse

manufacturer. Leave this solution
in the tank for 20 minutes, while
cleaning all interior surfaces with a

Inside the oven door there are some stains from liquid spill that went through the vent, how can I clean it.

If your oven is self-cleaning, consult the owner's manual for instructions on how to use this feature. The self-cleaning feature works by heating the interior of the oven to a temperature so hot that it incinerates the residue inside the oven. Normally, it is not a good idea to clean the interior of a self-cleaning oven with a spray cleaner; however, refer to your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer of your oven for further information.

To clean a non-self-cleaning oven, use one of the many oven cleaners that are available at grocery and hardware stores.
