I purchased a computer that came with a canon pixma ip1700 printer; however, the software was not included. I have been all over the internet without success trying to find the driver download. I hate to have to buy a new printer when I have one that hasn't been used. Can anybody help?

Sometimes Printer drivers are NATIVE to the XP or Visa operating system. Try hooking it up and installing the software.
t may just self install.
If not, then.
Go to Control Panel, Add Hardware Wizard and find Printers, Canon and ip1700.
