Question about Creative Labs Zen Neeon MP3 Player
When turned on, it shows the screen that says "Creative", but does not acutally turn on to be used. When connected to a computer with the software installed, it charges but the computer does not detect it.
This has happened to me once. All you have to do is get a paper clip and like make it straight so you can push the reset button on the side. It will turn it off but it will still have all of your music on it. Just turn it back on and all the music will be on there still. :D

Tips for a great answer:
Before updating the firmware, be sure to verify and complete the following procedures:
Back up all audio, video, image or data files stored in the player to a secure location before changing the firmware.
All contents in the player will be lost when you install a new firmware.
Close all active applications as well as all background applications, including all media players and anti-virus programs such Norton Anti-virus.
Disable the Detector application in Creative MediaSource.
To do so, start Creative MediaSource, click on Tools, Settings, and then Detector. Uncheck the box next to Enable Detector.
Close down MediaSource.
Ensure that the firmware download was saved into the hard drive of your PC, not the player itself. Otherwise, it will report an error message Unable to lock the drive.
To check for firmware version before the firmware download, please refer to the section How Do I Find the Firmware Version on a Creative MP3 Player
