My makita 6410 started first pull ,cut about three bricks now wont start, it pulls fine and sounds like it wants to start but wont, i think i may have put too much oil in, will this cause this problem,...

yes to much oil with the petrol will cause problems i`m afraid the carb is now blocked with oil and will need cleaning out problem is that the carb is micro chip controlled and it will need to be cleaned out at a repair/service center

hope this helps

Ive got a Makita concrete saw DPC 7311,it says a mix of 100:1 but thats alot ?

The manual says to mix it 100:1 if using Makita high performance oil or 50:1 using regular Makita 2 stroke oil. I'd go 50:1 with non Makita oil too.

Here is a site to download a pdf manual if you need it.

Regarding makita petrol disc cutter dpc6410- how much oil do i need to add to a full tank?

Don't add oil to the fuel tank, it doesn't mix well in there and you'll almost always use too much oil. Mix your two-cycle oil and petrol in a gas can to get a 50:1 mixture. Read the directions on the two-cycle oil bottle for how much to use and put the oil in the can first so the petrol will mix well with it as you add it to the can.

I used my dpc 6410 64 cc saw all day cutting pavers and seemed like my blade was bent , we called it a day n came back the next morning to find the blade was straight ... am i goin crazy er did it do that...

Make sure that the blade is on correctly. If there is something stuck between the blade and the mount it will make everything off. Or if the but holding the blade on is not on tight enough you will have the same issue.

Sometimes the cylinder can be salvaged with muratic acid. Piston kits are quite reasonable.
