I brought a set of dongles for my bluetooth function for about $25 NZD recently,Cheap and cheerful but has limits too so check out the functions you want with bluetooth and go shopping,
I have had the same poblems after buying my lap top from Currys. I emailed acer and all they would say is that all of the warranties have been taken over buy PC WORLD who are the same company. They then said that i should contact the tech guys. The tech guys tell you to restore to factory settings which tales off anything that you have already put on the computer. I then contacted the software tech guys £1.50 a minute line and the bloke i spoke to said that it was the fourth call that he had recieved that morning and the advice that he gave me was to return the computer as it was less than a month old and state that it was not fit for purpose. I took the lap top back to Currys and explained what i had been told to do. In the end they installed Power DVD 8 on my computer which allows me to play all blu rays on the computer. However i still can't connect the acer up to my HD eady tv without it freezing. It appears that the software supplied is absolutely **** but acer are happy to let you get on with it. The only real solution is to obtain third party software and update your graphics drivers. In time hopefully acer will release better edition of the pre installed software.
It is a real shame as the laptop is great apart from this blu ray issue which seems to be a well known problem as it is mentioned on many forums.
I hope this assists
AFAIK it doesn't have bluetooth. On mine I bought a bluetooth dongle that sticks out 1/4 inch -- almost flush with the side of the laptop. I leave it in constantly. I got it on eBay $4+shipping, total under $10. Here is the one I bought http://cgi.ebay.ca/Mini-USB-2-0-Bluetooth-EDR-Adapter-Dongle-for-PC-Laptop_W0QQitemZ230305735519QQcmdZViewItemQQptZCOMP_HN_Network_Adapters?hash=item230305735519&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1215|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1307
