HI, my Minolta bizhub pro c6501 was show the error C-2812, and I cleaned the sensor, but this error appear again.

i think that your fax is not set up right, or maybe the machine is missing admin and machine e-mail address, that can cause too this problem.

Hi,
CO202 relates to tray 1 (top tray). It hasn't managed to lift the paper successfully.
Open the tray, remove the paper, reset the machine (open/shut front door) then reload the paper and try again

i have checked all those parts and tested them with a multimeter and there seems to be no problem is there any other way i can overcome this problem
