Hello Jane. I believe the part you are looking for is a part number 3551JJ2019D, but to be certain, get the full model number off the model / serial number tag from inside the fresh foods compartment of your refrigerator and check with a local service provider (they may even have the part in stock), In the USA, you should be able to find one at http://www.lge.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp or contact LG at (800) 243-0000. Cost of the part should be under $15. Regional parts depo's can be found on line at http://www.lge.com/us/support/parts/support-find-parts.jsp

LG Model LFX25960 has error code ER 1F

Turn off the switch for the icemaker, then flip the circuit breaker to off for a few seconds and turn it back on. The display should remain lit and operable, but you won't have an icemaker. See service manual pg. 32: http://136.166.4.200/contents/Fridge/LFX25960/LFX25960_Service_Manual.pdf

Lg lfx25960 Ice Dispenser

I had the exact same problem on my LG LRSC26940 and was able to fix it fairly easily. First remove the Ice Funnel by pulling down on it. Then remove the entire dispenser panel by getting your fingernails underneath and pulling out. Disconnect the electrical connecter to the front panel PCB. Remove the 4 screws attaching the bracket that the Ice Funnel connects to. This exposes the solenoid that opens the Ice Door flapper. In my case, the electrical connections to this solenoid were bad. I simply scraped the spade terminals on the solenoid off with a screwdriver and crimped the connectors with a pliers. I put it all back together and it is working fine now.
