I made a payment of R1600 at a Vodacom store last year. Account suspended because payment does not reflect on statement. I have so many emails and reference numbers. nothing happen. Please help.

You may need to transfer the funds from your paypal account to the bank account. See if the funds are in your paypal account, and if they are, just transfer them over. If it says pending, then you have to wait.

Go to your PayPal account, login, continue links until you see an 'Account Overview' button, click on this and choose from that page how far back you wish to see.

Contact your credit provider for the latest statement then check to see if any payment has reflected on account. If so, mail payment proof to online reseller.

and its not on www.billing.microsoft.com
its on http://www.xbox.com this usally means that u where paying by a credit card?... what you gotta do is get another credit card and add it, otherwise your account will be suspended for about 3 months before your able to get it back.

If you do not want your statements to reflect any payments, go to the top of your tool bar, click on Edit, go down to "Preferences", find the "Sales and Customers", go to "Company Preferences", and at the bottom you have the option to "Automaticly apply Payments", make sure that is not checked.
