Hello friends...

Your Roku should now appear in the Cast Screen section. Some Android apps such as Netflix, HBO Go and YouTube can also be projected to your screen, similar to how the Chrome cast works. Simply tap the cast icon in the top right corner of compatible apps and select your Roku box or stick.

Can I connect my Tablet to my tv with a USB cable to watch videos or play games?

Only if the tablet supports hdmi out. Usually via the usb port or a dedicated mini hdmi port. Check the owners manual or Google the specs for your tablet. If it doesn't you can mirror your tablet however to do so you either need a wifi enabled tv that supports mirroring or a dongle like roku, chrome cast etc. with mirroring capabilities.

My roku streaming device is froze on this blue screen and will not change?

Glenda, Are you connected to your tv by HDMI or AV cables?
The blue screen is usually an indication of one of two things.
1: The HDMI cable has come loose but not entirely disconnected (Turn off Roku and TV unplug the HDMI cable from the Roku AND Tv and reconnect them making sure to seat the ends securely and turn on TV and Roku in that order)
2: your TV or receiver may not support HDCP (a content copy-protection solution) over HDMI. This is generally true for older TV models that have early HDMI implementations that do not follow current standards. Try connecting your player with the included A/V composite cable instead.
