YY 150 Jonway cranks good but no start. Hits every

YY 150 Jonway (Chinese scooter) cranks good but no start. Hits every once in awhile. Replaced plug. Spark seems weak but it is blue in color. Tried gas and starting fluid sprayed directly in intake and didn't even try to hit. Is coil weak or what's going on?????? Thanks, Tom

Yes the coil seems to be your problem.
