I can't find anything on software or firmware downloads, but you could try resetting it. Check all of the settings categories first.

It appears the model is only sold on the Japanese Market so there is not much on it looking from where I am in Canada.

Software Download Sites, but if you cut the battery power, it will be locked with the software hiding because of that.
