Restart the app: Double-tap the home button and swipe up on the Big Fish Casino app to close it. Then, open the app again.
Restart your device: Press and hold the power button until the "slide to power off" appears. Slide the bar to turn off the device. Once it's off, press and hold the power button to turn it back on.
Clear the app cache: Go to Settings > General > iPad Storage > Big Fish Casino. Tap "Offload App" and then confirm. This will clear the app cache without deleting any app data.
Check for updates: Go to the App Store and check if there are any updates available for Big Fish Casino. If there is an update, download and install it.
Contact Big Fish Casino support: If none of the above solutions work, contact the app support team to see if they can help you resolve the issue.
Try first to clear the cache, delete the data and force close the app then start the app. If it doesn't work uninstall the app and then reinstall it from Google play. And if this doesn't work try to find a earlier version of the app and try with it but first do the first 3 steps in my first suggestion. My last suggestion is to do a factory reset and reinstall the app
